Enrique Vilatela Riba, President
Enrique served as Public Credit General Director, as well as Foreign Credit General Director, for the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP) – Mexico’s Finance Ministry; he also served as the General Director of Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior (BANCOMEXT). He is a founding partner of Proyectos Estratégicos Integrales, and participates on the Board of Directors of many private and public Mexican organizations. Enrique Vilatela chairs SolCrece’s weekly Board of Directors’ meetings, as well as, the company’s Shareholder Meetings.
Robert Monturiol, Chief Executive Officer
Robert is a commercial and marketing intelligence specialist for the financial sector with emphasis on retail and commercial banking; he was CEO for Daemon Quest LATAM, and has collaborated with Santander, Caja Madrid, Bankinter, HSBC and La Caixa. Robert Monturiol, as SolCrece’s Chief Executive Officer, is directly in charge of the implementation of the company’s strategic plans and marketing innovations.
Manu Delgado, Chief Operations Officer
Manu has more than 15 years experience in finance & administration, operations improvement, management control, IT systems, outsourcing processes and business transformation specialized in the Banking, Utilities and Telecomunications industries. He is partner and director of Single Consulting and SolCrece’s Chief Operations Officer.
José Luis Herranz, Chairman
José Luis is a strategy, business transformation and operations & system improvement specialist with more than 16 years experience in consulting. He is CEO and Partner at Single Consulting and has collaborated with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernest & Young. He teaches at Universidad Carlos III and participates as a Professor at La Salle University in Madrid, Spain.
Fernando Dámaso Revilla Aybar, Chairman
Fernando had a long career with Banco Hispano Americano where he served as Officer, Director, Inspector and Representative for Central America, the Caribbean and South America. He was Mexico’s Representative for Banco Sabadell, Banco Urquijo, National Bank of Canada, Banco de Asturias and Banco Herrero. Currently he is Banco de Andorra (Andbanc’s) Representative for Mexico.
Javier Rowe, Operations and Logistics Director
Javier is Mexican and he has participated in the founding and development of several important companies. His area of expertise is Commercial and Operative Implementation oriented to the achievement of growth objectives for clients with a middle and middle-low socioeconomic status. Javier holds an MBA from IPADE and he has completed multiple permanent training courses and seminars in Mexico and the United States.
