New offices and new branches
Starting November 2011, SolCrece changed corporate offices in Mexico City with the idea of redesigning not only its image, but also its business strategy and social commitment. The concept is aligned to two specific programs: Energy Saving and Recycling and a Safe Workplace Campaign. These measures work toward the creation of an Open Collaborative Environment.
The Energy Saving and Recycling Program consisted in changing all the lighting to energy-saving equipment, reusing wood waste for walls and floors and rescuing antique furniture as part of the company assets.
On the other hand, the Safe Workplace Campaign’s mission is to foster a culture of healthy eating and a disease prevention system, both in the workplace and at home, with suggestions for healthy meals and a check-up campaign in selected clinics.
This successful model used in corporate offices is moving to different locations where we need to consolidate social consciousness and ecological development within our collaborative team.
